Q: What payment methods are accepted through PayPal?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as electronic checks, debit cards, and PayPal account balances. Please note that electronic checks take approximately four days to clear and may cause a slight delay in the processing of your order.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just click a 
button on the Our Products page to begin the simple 3-step order process:
Step 1. Submit your payment through the PayPal secure process.
Step 2. We will ask you to provide the information that you want printed on your custom labels.
Step 3. You will then be prompted to send us your digital photos via email attachment.
Q: How long will it take for my labels to be created and shipped?
A: Labels are normally shipped via United States Postal Service 1st class mail within 7 to 10 business days after you place your order.
Q: What method do you use to ship your products?
A: All orders are shipped out via United States Postal Service 1st class mail. You will receive an email confirmation on the day your order is shipped.
Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling?
A: Shipping and handling is only $4.00 per order no matter how many sets of labels you decide to order.
Q: Is international shipping available?
A: Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world. There is an additional charge of $8.00 for each order that is shipped outside of the United States. After you place your order, we will send you an invoice via email for the additional charge.
Q: How can I help to ensure that my Photo Address Labels will be of the highest quality?
A: We recommend that you follow the following guidelines of preferred format and picture quality:
Formats: JPEG Image (jpg), Bitmap Image (bmp), TIFF Image (tif)
Camera: 1 megapixel or more
Photo Width: between 400 pixels and 4064 pixels
Photo Height: between 420 pixels and 2704 pixels
Also, we recommend that each photo have a clear, sharp image of the face that you want us to use when we create your labels.
Q: What if I don't have any digital photos?
A: Not a problem! Just send us your photo prints and we will scan them and return them with your order for free! After you make your payment and submit your label details, you will be provided with a mailing address in Step 3 of the order process. Please note, this may cause a slight delay in the processing of your order.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: If you have placed an order with us and have a question on your order status, please send an email to:

Q: If I'm a return customer, do I need to re-send my photos?
A: No, as long as you want us to use the same head images. We keep detailed files on all of our orders, so we can use the photos you sent with a previous order. Please be sure to indicate that you want us to use the images we have on file in Step 3 of the order process.
